Common questions
- How do I delete my account? Open Jerry → your profile → Delete Account. Everything is removed. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID: on your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Something isn't saving or analyzing. Make sure the link or post is public, then try again. If it keeps failing, email us the link and we'll look into it.
